This site is run by jackpsd. Buying a cover here, or using the site, means these terms apply to you.

What is sold here

Premade album cover art. Each cover is one of one. When somebody buys it, it is gone, and it stays on the site marked sold out so nobody buys the same one twice. The price is on the cover before you buy.

Jack also takes custom work through the order form on the site. Sending that form is a request, not an order. Nothing on this page is a quote or a promise to take the job.

Buying a cover

You pick a cover and pay through Square. Square runs the checkout and holds your card details. This site never sees them.

A premade arrives as it is. Most of them carry placeholder text where a title and an artist name would go. The boxes at checkout are optional and they do not change the file you download. They tell Jack what you want in place of the placeholder, and setting it in is separate work you arrange with him.

Jack is the merchant of record. The charge on your statement is his, and anything to do with the payment goes to him.

Two people can start checkout on the same cover at the same moment. Only the first completed payment gets it. If a payment lands on a cover that is already sold, that payment is refunded.

Delivery

The download is a digital file and there is nothing to ship. The link appears on the confirmation page as soon as the payment clears. It is tied to your purchase, so keep it to yourself.

If the link does not work, message Jack at @jack_.psd and he will get you the file.

Refunds

A premade cover is a file you download straight away. Once it has been downloaded it cannot be given back, so those sales are final.

Being charged and getting nothing is a different thing. If that happens, message him. He will either deliver the cover or refund you.

What you can do with it

It is yours. Release with it, press it on vinyl, put it on merch, run ads with it. You do not have to credit Jack and you do not owe him anything after the sale.

Every cover is a one of one. The moment you pay it comes off the site, and nobody else can buy the one you bought.

The single thing Jack keeps is the right to show his own work. Any cover he has made, including yours, can appear in his portfolio and on his accounts.

Using the site

The covers on the wall are low resolution, and an expanded cover is a watermarked proof. Do not scrape them, and do not go looking for files you have not paid for.

What this site does not promise

The site is provided as it is. Jack does his best to keep it up and the covers accurate, and he is not liable for a loss beyond what you paid him. Nothing here takes away a right you have under the law where you live.

Changes

These terms can change. If they do, the date at the top of this page changes with them.
